I have pea sized lump in left of neck and was a pea sized lump in right groin but now size of marble cancer. There are in fact several minor salivary glands which all drain into this duct. Or what could this be. I ve had a lump about the size of a marble under the left side of my tongue for about 2 months.

About 8 months ago i noticed a small pea sized lump on the right side of my neck. Last week i had one on the other side. It is very sore. I have a numer of enlarged lymph nodes.
